We try to keep our Fire Alarm services simple and easy to understand, so basic pricing structure is below:

• - For just £82.50 we will complete all the annual servicing up to the first 10 devices.
• - More than 10 Devices? No problem additional devices are just £5 each.
• - What’s a device? That’s a good question, a device is any detector or manual call point, such as Smoke detector, Heat detector and Break Glass unit.
• If you have a particularly large or complex site that’s fine, we can complete a Free site survey and give you an exact quote.

How often do I need my Alarm servicing?

This depends on the site and system you have installed, ideally all Fire Alarm systems should be serviced at least once every 6 months, however with some systems you may be ok with having an annual service. Larger and more complex systems may also require even more frequent servicing like a quarterly visit.

Do I need an Alarm?

The short answer is yes, all premises need to have some sort of Fire Alarm system, there are many different Category's and Grades of Fire Alarm & Smoke Detectors but every building which is used in a commercial setting should have something in place.

To simplify things down the types of Fire Alarm systems can be put into two basics groups, Domestic and Non-Domestic.

Domestic: is for sites like Apartment Blocks, Flats and HMO’s (houses of multiple occupancy)

Non-Domestic: Are all other commercial buildings like Shops, Restaurants, beauty salons and hairdressers, industrial units and warehouses etc.  

The only type of devices which are not suitable in any sort of commercial environment are standard battery-operated smoke alarms like you will find in your own home, these don’t work for a variety of reasons and are actually becoming obsolete in the houses around the UK as more advance systems replace them.
